Arena Social offers web development, mobile development and software development related services to its customers. Projects initiated with Arena Social follow the contract signed with the customers during the start of the project.
Our payments are based on approvals from clients. The client goes through the milestone deliverable, approves it and releases the payment.
If a project is canceled or terminated with mutual consent of both the parties at any given point in time, a portion of the milestone fee can be refunded which should not be more than 10% of the price of the milestone the project is in, at the time of earlier termination or US$ 200 whichever is lower.
In the event of earlier termination of a maintenance and support contract with mutual consent of both the parties, prorated fee can be refunded for the services not yet provided to the customer which should not be more than 10% of the total price of the contract or US$ 200 whichever is lower.
The following products are not eligible for refund: Electronic Software Downloads, Subscriptions of Software, Website Development, Web Design, Logo Design, Software Analysis or Consultancy Services.
Where a Refund is issued, customers will have to affirm in writing that they have destroyed all source code, documentation and other intellectual property created and submitted during the course of the project by Arena Social and they have not saved the source code, documentation and other intellectual property in any file format or in any electronic or print media.
Any abuses of this policy as determined at the sole discretion of Arena Social may lead to a denial of a refund.
